Simple Examples of Persuasive WritingIf you're interested in selling yourself, persuasive writing is a great way to get started. This particular form of selling is a sales pitch. You'll use words and phrases that get your point across and hopefully convince others that what you have to offer is the best thing that could happen to them.Persuasive writing can be as simple or as complex as you want it to be. In it, you're telling someone that you're not looking for them to buy the product but they should rather buy something else. It's as simple as that. For example, if you're trying to get someone to buy a house, you might say something like 'If you're looking for a house, look at this one.' If you're trying to convince someone to join your marketing program, you might say something like 'With the amount of information that I have, joining our program is the only way to go.'Persuasive writing is about persuading others. It's about how to get them to act or respond in some way. No matter what kind of persuading you're doing, there are some basic rules you need to follow. The first is to make sure that the words and phrases you use are actually something that you'd feel comfortable using.Persuasive writing is the same thing as conversation. If you're trying to persuade someone, you haveto get into their mind and convince them to do something. You can't do that by simply repeating words over again.Persuasive writing should make you think. So, if you're writing about why you're better than your competition, you might say something like 'Using our process, we can prove that we're not bett er than anyone else.' Persuasive writing works by 'hooking' people and having them think about what you have to offer. Persuasive writing should grab the reader's attention and keep it.Persuasive writing can be used for a lot of purposes. Remember, persuasion is more than just a good sales pitch, though.
